In the wake of the bombing, Boston became a training ground for martial law: suspension of constitutional rights, militarized lockdown.

Then some Hollywood theatricals, with cops besieging a guy who was bleeding to death, acting like it was combat in Fallujah, guns blazing, emptying cartridges, shock and awe.

The FBI blamed and burned them in the media based on the claim they were wearing backpacks identical to the ones that went off. This is true for Tamerlan. Yet it's not true for Dzhokhar, who had a grey backpack -- there goes that part of the narrative.

The FBI further reneged on logic and honesty by stating it was not interested in the remaining photos of that day. In those, you have multiple other people wearing *black backpacks also identical to the ones containing the explosive devices*. Those other people include a large number of civilians. They also include a dozen guys in paramilitary uniforms (khaki and black), no agency logos, working with police and FBI, operating detector devices, a communications vehicle (photos in links below).

You can't accuse the Tsarnaevs of being guilty for having *one* identifiable backpack and then ignore the rest of the people who are there with identical items. This is the stepping stone of truth, whereby the FBI's claims are either proven or disproven.

The explosions coincided with a *bombing drill* that was going on at the Marathon. Now, this fits right into the usual modus operandi of false-flag terror. Staged terror is usually perpetrated by black operations units, acting within government agencies. The goal is to create mass psychosocial trauma, so as to allow for repressive measures. Historically, bombing drills are settings of choice for staged attacks (ex. Operation Gladio; FSB Russian/Chechen bombings). The drill offers the human and logistic cover for REAL bombs to be inconspicuously planted. When the bombs go off, the black ops agents who planted them simply vanish. The blame is put on patsies.

Let's go for a tentative scenario of what might have gone on at the Marathon.

This is a standard bombing drill. It goes on in a live public event, so as to make it realistic for the agencies involved. The paramilitary guys are probable consultants, either military or contractors. Drills tend to include civilian participants, hired to play a part in the exercise. That's probably why there are so many civilians with the exact same backpacks there. You also have reinforced security measures, as usual in bombing drills. These include snipers on roofs and bomb dogs. The backpacks are likely to have been the exercise "danger items" [drill "bombs"]. This is most likely a regular exercise, where the goal is to have security track and trace all the danger items, the backpacks, throughout the drill.

Then two backpacks actually go off. Unbeknownst to most of the (naive) participants, there was a black ops group working the drill, to pull off a false-flag terror attack.

*The brothers could only have been in the drill setting, with these backpacks, either as naïve participants in the drill or as double agents, dupes, willing fools. This latter case would make them expendable tools in a terror plot, patsies. The former would make them naïve patsies**

This is all done with high-level clearance. So, in the next days, the great priority of the investigation is to create cover stories. They have MSM make irrelevant the fact there was a drill. They even beat the drum for the "homegrown" propaganda line. Then they go at the publicly available photos of the event and pick THOSE showing the brothers. They leave out the rest, stating they will ignore those. This is what's done with patsies. They make the brothers' faces public, sentence them in the media and, in a very ugly move, appeal to civilians and cops alike to go for a manhunt. A chance for an unprecedented domestic exercise in martial law. It's also useful to train people in the ugly spirit of garrison-state communitarianism.

Tamerlan is dead. Dzhokhar has been caught. Judging by past events, it's very unlikely you'll ever get to hear his side of the story
