Epstein survivor SLAMS Pam Bondi - "They're protecting somebody! " The survivors of the abuse and exploitation by Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends are still waiting for justice. In a powerful interview on MS Now, Epstein survivor Maria Lacerda didn't mince words about what she experienced at a recent hearing with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. "She really dehumanized us," Lacerda said, describing how Bondi failed to even turn around and acknowledge the survivors in the room. "It was embarrassing on her behalf." But it didn't stop there. Lacerda revealed that neither the Department of Justice nor the FBI has reached out to survivors. Not Bondi. Not FBI Director Kash Patel. No one. That's despite repeated public claims that officials maintain an open line of communication with victims. "I love how they say that they have a clear communication line with us," Lacerda said. "It is not true." Survivors, she explained, have tried. They've reached out. They've asked to meet. And instead of silence being a source of shame for them, Lacerda flipped the script: "It would be an honor to meet with them - and actually, maybe they should feel honored to meet with us." Then came the bombshell. When asked what it means that officials haven't reached out, Lacerda answered bluntly: "At the end of the day, they're protecting somebody." Not just one person, she suggested - possibly many. "The question is not only who," she said, "it's how many people are they protecting?" Lacerda pointed out that investigators have access to unredacted files - meaning they know exactly what's in them and who is named. Survivors, she argued, know too much. And perhaps that's precisely why they aren't being invited to the table. For years, powerful men have dodged accountability while survivors have carried the trauma. Now, as the public demands transparency, one thing is clear: The silence from the top isn't just procedural. It's political. And survivors are done being ignored.
