Republican Senator blasts Stephen Miller and demands his firing on live TV!

Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) just went nuclear on CNN's State of the Union, calling for Stephen Miller's immediate ouster from the Trump administration.

In a rare Republican-on-Republican takedown, Tillis accused Miller of being a "big problem" from day one, saying he "really wants to just paint a picture" without caring about substance or form, and has "outsized influence" that overrides qualified Cabinet members.

Tillis specifically ripped Miller for jumping the gun on the fatal ICE shootings of two American citizens in Minneapolis, where Kristi Noem (before her firing) immediately labeled the victims "domestic terrorists" without investigation.

Tillis slammed Miller's calling Alex Priddy a "deranged individual" who came in "to cause mass damage with a loaded pistol," saying "There’s no evidence that Alex Priddy was deranged or that he came to cause maximum damage ... or that any Democratic leader was responsible for this tragedy."

He tied it to Miller's pattern of gaffes: "It was Stephen Miller that was talking about a terrorist brandishing a gun ... It was Stephen Miller who said it was the position of the United States that we should go after Greenland ... Stephen Miller has been repeatedly responsible for embarrassment for the president... by acting too quickly, speaking first and thinking later."

Asked by Jake Tapper if Miller should go, Tillis shot back, “Of course. I think Stephen Miller is one of the ... not only does he really want to just paint a picture ... but I also think that he has an outsized influence over the operations of the Cabinet."

He said qualified officials are sometimes doing "less than what they want to because of his direction and his outsized influence."

Here we have a massive crack in the MAGA wall: a sitting GOP senator going on national TV to demand Miller's firing, blaming him for reckless rhetoric, bad policy, and dragging down the administration. While Trump rages about voter suppression bills and shrugs off dead troops, even Republicans are fed up with the chaos.
