Speaker Mike Johnson gets cornered by a reporter and can't name a SINGLE example of the imaginary voter fraud that Trump's election steal bill is supposed to stop!

The House Speaker gave the game away today when he couldn't - or wouldn't - name a single example of the supposed voter fraud that is such a huge threat to our democracy that we need to pass Trump's SAVE (My Ass From The Midterms) bill that would disenfranchise millions of American voters, especially married women.

"Look, I'm not gonna litigate that," said Johnson in response to a reporter, saying instead that "I can tell you what I'll tell Democrats, you should listen to the American people. Ostensibly, we're supposed to come here and represent the interest of the American people. This is a 90-10 issue in public opinion polling, and Democrats agree that you should be a citizen and have a photo ID to vote at a tune of about 70%."

This is pure deflection, because nobody is saying you shouldn't have an ID to vote. The SAVE Act would make it so that you couldn't use a DRIVER'S LICENSE to vote, meaning that millions of Americans who don't have a passport or have changed their name since their birth certificate was written wouldn't be able to vote.

The fact that he can't even give a SINGLE example is all the evidence we need to know that this has nothing to do with protecting our democracy and everything to do with stealing the midterms.
