Lost Civilizations

Several times over the past year I've wanted to put together a web page using Graham Hancock's ideas of Lost Civilization(s), but I have always gotten distracted.  I then ran across Jonathan Gray's videos and I also remembered the UFOtv and History Channel shows.  So I thought I would temporarily assemble all the materials on this News Magazine page and organize it in the next couple of weeks.  So please be patient.

Dark Ages

At its height in the second century A.D., the Roman Empire was the beacon of learning, trade, power and prosperity in the western world. But the once-powerful Rome, rotten to the core by the fifth century, lay open to barbarian warriors who came in wave after wave of invasion, slaughtering, stealing, and ultimately, settling. As chaos replaced culture, Europe was beset by famine, plague, persecutions, and a state of war that was so persistent it was only rarely interrupted by peace. THE DARK AGES profiles those who battled to shape the future, from the warlords whose armies threatened to case the demise of European society, like Alaric, Charles the Hammer, and Clovis.

Donation

I am one of those "once" middle class, over 60, over educated, under-employed, semi retired, soon to be poor workers, that everyone is talking about.
But I have a modest standard of living so I plan to give all extra donation, beyond my immediate needs, to several of my favorite charities.
